Army Promotion

     Hello all, I don't know if any of you are aware, but I am in The Army. I am an Infantryman, and I have had to do 22 weeks of tough training down in Fort Benning, Georgia. It is probably as hot as the devil's armpit, and it probably rains at least every other day there. 

    Now I am assigned to a Stryker Unit in Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania. They are identified as Company B, 1st Battalion, 112th Infantry Regiment.

    Anyways, just recently, I received an unexpected promotion from E-3 to E-4. E-3 is known as Private First Class, and now I am an E-4 which is known as a Specialist. This means I will make a little bit more money, so that's super exciting!!

Starting a New Job

      As of next Tuesday, November 1st, I will have started a new job. I will start working at UPS as a Package Handler. I'm honestly kind of nervous, but I believe I should be just fine. I have had a couple of buddies recently work at UPS and they seemed to enjoy it, so hopefully the same happens for me.      I will be working roughly 4am-8am, but the hours vary. That means I will need to start going to sleep earlier. Wish me luck!

Thanksgiving

     Hello all, I had to drive all the way to Cleveland, Ohio for Thanksgiving and I made it there safely. The reason I had to travel to Ohio was to see my mother for Thanksgiving. Ever since she got engaged to some douchebag, I've had to go over there for all the "family" events. Luckily, it was a very lovely event. We got to watch a lot of football which was tons of fun. I forgot how good of a cook my mom was and the food she made was so amazing. I felt so sick I ate so much!
